Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Current- Liaison with new hire once they have accepted and ensure consistent and complete pre-onboarding communication with new employee.
- Ensure that all hiring document collected including academic degree, licensing, certification, and registration are completed in advance of the new team member’s first day.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to HR team for CDSS audit and other types of audit.
- Assist with data entry and documentation related to HR compliance and worker’s compensation.
- Provide advanced customer service to address inquiries from facility leadership and department management.
