For many years, my curiosity about consumer behavior and innovative marketing approaches has led me to neuromarketing, which has become the biggest source of excitement in my career. Currently, as the founder of Neuro Reflect, one of Turkiye's first neuromarketing companies, I continue to provide consultancy, training, and research services to various companies.Before stepping into the field of neuromarketing, I collaborated with many national and international organizations in different sectors. I began my career as a domestic sales manager in the textile industry, then transitioned to working in the marketing department of the pharmaceutical industry.After a short time, I realized my real purpose and goals: to contribute to the development and growth of companies by fostering a unique working environment.For this reason, in 2004, I founded one of the first digital agencies in the region, based in Gaziantep. Together with my team, I had the opportunity to offer innovative digital marketing solutions to over 1000 clients, ranging from SMEs to national brands and well-known individuals. During this period, I collaborated with customers by offering digital branding, online marketing, and web-based solutions.This intense and dynamic 7-year period allowed me to deepen my knowledge and gain a broad perspective on marketing and branding. My interest in marketing and branding strategies continued uninterruptedly after those years.In the next step of my career journey, I took on the responsibility of managing investment summits and direct investments amounting to USD 200 billion by working as the Country Director of a foreign investment fund in Turkey. During this period, I guided projects and entrepreneurs on their growth journeys with my experience in the field of investment. At the same time, I continued to provide marketing and brand consultancy to companies in various sectors by combining these experiences. In this process, understanding sectoral differences and producing unique solutions became a critical competence for me.As my career progressed, I also continued my education life. I pursued a master's degree in Neuromarketing at Üsküdar University, fueled by my passion for business administration, which I studied at the undergraduate level, and complemented by my MBA from Istanbul University.Today, I am still actively working at Neuro Reflect and continue to guide companies on neuromarketing-oriented marketing and brand strategy.
