Rolling contract on the Shell global team, one of the agency’s largest accounts. Responsible for a number of product promotions for Shell petrol forecourts across the globe as well as here in the UK.

Working on the Bodyform, Nivea and Walkers accounts. During this time, I had sole responsibility for a new Bodyform product launch (online, press & instore) as well as working in a team on the latest big Walkers promotion. I was also responsible for several strategic campaign proposals for Nivea.

Rolling contract on McDonald’s UK and Europe, the agency’s largest account. I was responsible for the instore customer journey and POP execution, including photography, for over 1,200 UK McDonald’s restaurants as well as the successful execution of a number of European Happy Meal programmes.

3 month contract working on Dairy Farmers, Kirks and Lion Nathan accounts. Disciplines included: packaging, POS, store specific promotions, trade, consumer press, sourcing and experiential marketing.

As part of a team it was my responsibility to build client relations and to deliver high quality BTL creative work and activity to CPUK (Nestle cereals).Working with over 30 brand managers, I learnt to adapt to different management styles, budgets and briefs. My role also involved the strategic steering of the account through planning, market evaluation and ongoing innovation.Key disciplines were brand design, sales promotion, retail strategy and supplier funded activity. Brands included Shredded Wheat, Cheerios, Nesquik and Shreddies.

Managing the instore communications for nearly 200 Orange shops nationwide. Responsibilities included the management of new store openings, producing POS that maximised impact and customer understanding of Orange products and services, communicating new product ranges to instore teams and ensuring that the strong brand values were conveyed instore. Also responsible for the management of the design agencies and the training and development of the Assistant Instore Comms Manager.

Tesco and Superdrug accounts. During my time at M+K, I gained a good knowledge of design, artwork and print production as well as building my BTL marketing experience.Major achievements included the redesign of Tesco music category and the introduction of their entertainment magazine. I also played a major part in the successful pitch for Superdrug.
