The sunrise data mart is a compilation of data from several different data sources allowing end users to correlate the data and determine cause and effect. This platform also provides for Sales Dashboards with self-reporting capabilities to the ATT executive management. Was leading business critical company wide billing releases that support analytical applications company wide. Built the efficient testing strategy / team to test and implement the production fixes (sustainment team). .

Project: SAMSON SAMSON is an ensemble product. Ensemble is an advanced, comprehensive set of customer care and billing products for convergent telecom operations. SAMSON consists of several modules such as CSM, Billing, Usage, Account Receivables and Collections.

Project: BMG Mobility eBillMobility eBill provides an online billing and reporting experience to all AT&T CRU BMG customers (CRU End-Users, Telecom Managers, Billing Account Managers). eBill is an important component of the BMG web self-service space which includes Account Management and Ordering. eBill provides customers with the ability to view their electronic bills, make payments, and perform bill analysis functions. The BMG online billing experience is accessed via Premier Online Care with a single login for each user.

Project 1: Clarify Contact Management Clarify CM is the CRM application used by over 40,000 Customer Service Reps at the different Cingular Wireless Call Centres. It provides detailed records of past interactions with customers. Clarify CM is used to create and track action items and Interactions for each customer inquiry. CM interfaces with the two billing systems and close to forty seven other external applications. Project 2: Project Light Speed (OMS -Order Management System)Lightspeed is a voice, high-speed data and television service newly introduced by ATT in its markets. It consists of three main modules - OMS, AMSS, and CRM. The OMS (Order Management System) provides customers the flexibility to order different programming packages online or over the phone with Customer Care Reps at ATT. OMS, AMSS and CRM are part of the Amdocs suite of applications.
