• Lead sub-projects and act as deputy project lead for the overall project• Lead internal (sub-)project meetings within a matrix organization• Manage the integration of Tier 1 suppliers to an external warehouse for JIS supply to an automotive OEM• Lead contract negotiations with suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration• Developed process and procedural documentation, as well as shopfloor-relevant documents to ensure operational efficiency
