- Prioritized and owned the roadmap, design, and end-to-end development cycle for Bykea Food (Mazay)- Tasked with documenting requirements, writing user stories, designing interfaces, conducting usability testing sessions, planning & leading sprints & daily standups, monitoring key business metrics, and using funnel analysis to understand user engagement & behavior and making necessary corrective actions for Bykea Food- Owned roadmap, design, and end-to-end development cycle for the Deals vertical. The vertical was initially rolled out as a web-based MVP and then as a native feature on the app- Created a design system for Bykea which helped make the app experience consistent across subsequent verticals- Got a new home screen of the app designed and implemented for 5 million + users after extensive research and usability testing from users in major cities of Pakistan
