As the LCMS Executive Director, I managed a professional association of physicians within Lorain County. I strategically planned and carried out a series of association events throughout the year such as our President's Gala, our Community Health Fair and our "Out of the White Coat" physician talent performance, to name a few. The events were financed by way of acquired sponsorship. We published an annual Health Magazine and community Physicians Directory and carried out educational quarterly lectures for our member physicians. Taking on an organization that was suffering financially due to changes in the medical landscape required many changes. Along with my team, we significantly reduced ongoing operating expenses and maintained quality events at a fraction of the historical spending. After extensive research, we brought in the technology platform necessary to bring the LCMS to today's standards and beyond. The LCMS has two charitable arms of which I administered; the Lorain County Medical Scholarship Foundation and the Lorain County Medical Society Foundation. Scholarships and Donations are distributed annually by these two charitable organizations. Lastly, I served as the property manager for the building of which we operate and own as a Foundation.
