The mission of The Jessi Combs Foundation is to provide scholarships, sponsorships, and opportunities to women in the skilled and auto/moto trades as trailblazers and stereotype-breakers. In the first three years, the JCF has awarded 21 scholarships, totaling over $100,000 to women attending trade schools across the US. Through partnership with Real Deal Revolution, the foundation supports the Real Deal Workshoppes in providing experiential learning opportunities led by women to put tools in people's hands that spark new skills and interest in the skilled trades, such as welding, pinstriping, leather work, jewelry making, and basic auto/moto mechanics. The foundation organizes several events throughout the year to honor and connect women in the industry, facilitating community outreach and career opportunities, and fundraising for the scholarship program.
