My current job duties include working with employees, running orders, payroll, filling out paperwork for efficiency and production rates, as well as working with the USDA and Quality Assurance to prevent food safety issues.

I started out working on the line, then became a trainer and utility person before becoming a supervisor. My duties included filling orders for customers and insuring that product is correct. I also assisted the supervisor in running the department and working with employees to make sure they understand the processes in place. I also worked with the quality department to make sure food safety practices were being followed.
