Mainly responsible in managing customer accounts. Ensures that the customers’ needs/concerns are well taken care of in a timely manner leading to customer satisfaction  Improves department’s profitability through sales of products and services  Ensures accurate and timely reporting of sales  Manages customer relationships effectively & delivers quality customer experience  Assists customers with their business communication needs by processing what is required for their business  Also acts as consultant by keeping the customers up to date with the latest products & services, evaluates their preferences and advising them what will best suit their communication needs

Answering and managing all incoming calls, new leads and other calls as well as emails received as cases through Sales ForceAction on cases within the same day and distribute other departments within the Organization related cases through the provided channelHandling clients communications received through Voice Mails and ensures all channels of communication are equally acted upon with importanceReceiving inquiries from existing and new clients and assisting them to the best ability Maintaining clear lines of communication for clients to make contacts Have full understanding of the application and licencing process and all the required documentation .Be prepared to furnish clients with this information and send out when requiredHelping all clients’ leads by answering their questions where possible.Take responsibility and ownership of each client lead until they have been assigned to a Customer Relations Manager or are dealt with adequately.
