As Luna Luna is preparing to get back on tour this summer and fall, I am tasked with managing their accounts across all social media platforms to ensure they get the most fan engagement that translates into ticket and merchandise sales. I work closely with the band to ensure their Instagram stories and feed posts, TikTok and Reel videos, and Twitter posts resonate both with their current audience and for new fans who come across them through the social media algorithm.

As Luna Luna sets on their summer tour, I am in charge of ensuring that their merchandise stand runs as smoothly as possible. Before and after every show, I am given reports on inventory, sales, and general information in the merchandise. Remotely, I take care of all merch sale audits and report all my findings to the band's agency and tour management.

As a Sales Associate at Urban Outfitters, I am in charge of administrative and interpersonal relations between the associates and managerial staff. I work closely with the two Keyholders to ensure that the other Junior Sales Associates get the proper training and information needed to fulfill their duties on the sales floor. I specialize in face-to-face sales and checkout, which means I keep the cashwrap area clean, ensure all merchandise is tagged and ready to go out onto the floor, order online merchandise for customers when necessary, and use a POS system when processing customer transactions.

While on tour with Luna Luna, I managed the merchandise table before, during and after concerts. In addition, I also took online orders, visually merchandised the table, counted inventory before and after shows, and counted out the bands' merchandise till before and after shows.

At unmutedco., I joined the marketing internship cohort that oversaw both the global news sector and podcast and radio sector. Throughout the internship, the cohort and I designed marketing campaigns for new and existing podcasts and radio shows, updated the company's EPK to reflect UMC's current shows, and helped design templates for the news sector's breaking news segments.
