My most recent career has taken a shift. I now work as an integrated support specialist assisting with outreach, grants/fundraising, and customer experience functions for a non-profit organization: Troopster. They are dedicated to spreading joy to deployed military members anywhere (aka sending care packages). I was a virtual assistant for the company Freedom Makers; they were wonderful. Before that, I was a remote Health Insurance Broker for the last 3 years. I was excellent at handling Medicare and Medicaid policies. I am proficient in building client relationships by providing meticulous customer care with genuine communication with clients. Above average sales abilities and have presented my directors with ideas that enhanced the way the company brings in sales. With previous jobs and providing administrative needs remotely, I believe it has allowed me to bridge the gap between an insurance broker to a virtual assistant and now my current role at Troopster. I am up for any challenge with my enthusiasm, grit, and exceptional clerical abilities with the well-rounded work experience I have had moving around the world as a military spouse.
