As Principal Consultant for CareerEQ I manage the practice and delivery of career support services around Aotearoa. Our career specialists are in Auckland, Whangarei, Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch, and Dunedin are all highly experienced and qualified career specialists. We support individuals and the employees of client businesses to make holistic career decisions and to navigate the job market after redundancy. We offer facilitation and training to support individuals wanting greater work/life alignment, to evaluate performance and career direction and outplacement counseling/coaching when impacted by redundancy. CareerEQ career specialists understand career development and the world of work with all its changes and complexities people need to navigate. We are all trained in career theory, counseling, coaching and have numerous degrees and certifications to ensure that we offer a top quality service.We run workshops on the diverse workplace or career-related topics and in-depth MBTI workshops to support team development.

During my 5 years on the CDANZ Executive we experienced significant change and development. When President in 2014 and 2015 my primary focus was to develop and maintain strategic relationships with key alliance members of CDANZ, including HRINZ, NZATD, The Work Research Institute, organisations and sponsors to advocate on behalf of the careers industry. During the two years of my tenure as President we increased member numbers, recruited a National Development Manager and undertook numerous initiatives both internally and externally to grow the capacity of the organisation.
