Responsibilities include:• Leading the design team in conceptualising, ideating on and developing international marketing campaigns, including the 2024 Viridian No Junk campaign, a six-figure ultra-processed focused campaign, featured on Virgin Airlines and international news, throughout central London and across national tubes, buses and stations.• Managing and distributing the department’s incoming briefs for B2B and D2C projects.• Collaborating with external suppliers to develop a variety of bespoke 3D marketing materials.• Delivering inter-departmental presentations, summarising upcoming campaigns and themes.• Analysing project statistics and results, to ensure the delivery of high quality output.

• Leading an experienced team of RBS complaints handlers in the mentoring and guidance of new recruits.• Designing and developing the RBS Trainee Learning Pack, ensuring that it adhered to FCA guidelines.• Undertaking complex investigations into errant financial transactions, determining cause and ensuring a fair resolution.
