Kaye Blackburne is nationally and internationally recognised for her work in leadership development and in Emotional Intelligence training. Kaye , an experienced school principal , now focusses on leadership development at a undergraduate,emerging leader,executive and industry level. Kaye holds a Masters in Education and has Australian Growth Coaching ,Social and Emotional Intelligence and Genos qualifications and has coached and mentored a wide range of leaders to build their capacity by leveraging their strengths. She currently works as a Leadership Coach across NSW, NT,Victoria and QLD for QELi ( Queensland Education Leadership Institute) in leadership coaching in Creating Superb School Leadership Teams and Emerging principals programs . In 2014 she facilitated the Executive Leadership Program for School Principals. Kaye also facilitates for 6Seconds a worldwide organisation focussing on emotional intelligence . Kaye facilitates a iSEL platform for school leaders and will present at the 4th Annual on-line EQ conference on Vitality. Kaye has developed training for Professional Learning Teams in organisations and has established the Aspirant Leaders Programs.
