A Branding, Strategy, Communications, Marketing and Stakeholder Engagement expert with over 18 years' experience directly managing 1 to 100+ people over the course of my career. I have knowledge and experience in multiple fields - leadership, management (project, strategy, operations), brand strategy, marketing, strategic communications, business, event management, entrepreneurship, economics, multi-media design, art direction, jewellery design, interactive and product design, health, public relations, tech, public speaking, training and development, business law and psychology.At 27, I developed and designed 22 e-learning packages for South Metropolitan, East Metropolitan, North Metropolitan and WA Country Health Services in Western Australia. I manually randomised quizzes with actionscript code prior to the e-learning industry in WA adapting the Learning Management System (LMS).I also designed two interactive maps from scratch at Royal Perth and Shenton Park Hospitals around the same time.In 2015, I helped establish the medical illustration and medical graphic design areas at Fiona Stanley Hospital, when it first opened. By 2022, I helped 150 multi-disciplinary departments win multiple local, interstate and international conference awards with their medical research, innovation and quality and safety projects.To date, I've read and simplified more than 1,000 conference posters, designed over 2,000 medical artwork, and published in four medical journals: - New England Journal of Medicine - Journal of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Anesthesia - Australasian Journal of Plastic Surgery- Journal of Pharmacy Practice and ResearchSpoken at Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre and published in 10 international magazines:- British Vogue (March, April, May 2022)- Tatler Magazine (April 2022)- Conde Nast Traveller (May, June, July, August 2022)- London Accessory Week Circle Magazine 2022- Top 50 Inside Small Business Leaders 2022Despite my multiple interests and accolades, I believe in making a difference. I founded my brand, Oh How Kind® in 2020, advocating for self-care in ourselves and our community. We sold to five continents in the first year and helped over 11 non-profit organisations in Australia and around the world. We continue to strive to make a difference one day at a time. I am also currently the Manager of Communications and Ministerial Liaison at WA's only public pathology - PathWest Laboratory Medicine WA, with 80 metro and regional collection centres, 27 metro and regional laboratories and more than 2,400 staff.
