Global Project Manager – Total Rewards
CurrentProject Manager for the global Total Rewards (TR) organization and Chief of Staff to the TR Director. Focused on major M&A integrations and other key TR projects and enterprise efforts.- Progressed ~$60B in transactional value for large-scale acquisitions, collaborating across teams on planning, organization design, talent management, total rewards transition, employee communications and onboarding activities- Counsel HR leadership and business stakeholders to guide critical decision-making to align on integration philosophy and milestones, supporting HR deliverables throughout integration timeline- Lead M&A due diligence and discovery efforts related to employee matters, negotiating key terms and conditions in deal agreements and schedules- Lead natural working team of TR SMEs to execute acquisition harmonization with Chevron TR package, aligning on core activities, timelines, processes, risk mitigation, legal interfaces and approvals- Chief of Staff to the Director of TR, advising on board and executive engagements, sharing insights and business intel, managing annual budget and business plans and leading TR leadership team meetings and broader staff engagements- Lead Competitive Performance review, partnering across HR and TR leadership to identify opportunities and efficiencies that enable us to close the gap on external benchmarks while meeting unique business needs- Mentor TR team members to help build development gaps within the TR COE in business acumen, project management and prioritization of work
