• Accountable for managing the day to day operations in terms of financial performance, staff development and performance of the team working to targets and compliance audits.
• Responsible for forecasting budget, other financial metrics and ensuring these are achieved
• Analyse performance statistics to identify and put in place key improvements and business opportunities to maximise profitability
• On a local level manage contact with key stakeholders ensuring high levels of customer service whilst building strong working relationships to ensure sufficient customer flows are received to deliver against service.
• Leads, motivates, develops and performance manages team to ensure that each team member realise their full potential whilst aligning with business objectives
• Responsible for the recruitment, assessment centres, training, coaching and development of team.

• Set up start up initiative to manage a project to resettle Ex Offenders in the London Borough of Brent by sourcing funding and adequate training which will lead to suitable and sustainable employment for just released.
• This was achieved by creating and maintaining good and reliable contacts with the London Probation Service, Brent Council, all Brent Jobcentres, Stepping Stones Trust, Jay Training, other Local community organisations.
• A workable and viable referral process in the Local community to make sure the ex offender client numbers are high enough to comply with the contract. To achieve this I drafted both the referral forms and the service.
• Led team to do power point Presentations about the project and Working Links in all Brent Jobcentres and at the quarterly Brent Forums to create the necessary awareness. The project gets at least 10 clients per week.
• Created new business opportunities for working Links in order to help the company in the drive to diversify the business into and increase the share of non DWP contracts.
• The success of the Brent Ex Offender contract was used as a template to bid for and win the Tower Ex offender contract. (Kormo Shadin)
