• Accountable for managing the day to day operations in terms of financial performance, staff development and performance of the team working to targets and compliance audits.• Responsible for forecasting budget, other financial metrics and ensuring these are achieved• Analyse performance statistics to identify and put in place key improvements and business opportunities to maximise profitability• On a local level manage contact with key stakeholders ensuring high levels of customer service whilst building strong working relationships to ensure sufficient customer flows are received to deliver against service level agreements• Leads, motivates, develops and performance manages team to ensure that each team member realise their full potential whilst aligning with business objectives• Responsible for the recruitment, assessment centres, training, coaching and development of team.• Support HR and region with investigations, disciplinary and other employee relations issues.• Conducts monthly one to ones, devises action plans where support is required, performance development reviews and drives team to be responsible for their continuous personal development plans.• Organise, chair, stakeholder meetings and other networking events.• Ensure compliance with our company policies (including Health & Safety, Safeguarding and Data Security) so all teams operate in a way that protects customers and colleagues at all times

• Set up start up initiative to manage a project to resettle Ex Offenders in the London Borough of Brent by sourcing funding and adequate training which will lead to suitable and sustainable employment for just released Ex offenders including lifers• This was achieved by creating and maintaining good and reliable contacts with the London Probation Service, Brent Council, all Brent Jobcentres, Stepping Stones Trust, Jay Training, other Local community organisations and probation hostels.• A workable and viable referral process in the Local community to make sure the ex offender client numbers are high enough to comply with the contract. To achieve this I drafted both the referral forms and the service level agreement which was signed off by the Director for London on behalf of Working Links and by The London Probation Service. • Led team to do power point Presentations about the project and Working Links in all Brent Jobcentres and at the quarterly Brent Forums to create the necessary awareness. The project gets at least 10 clients per week through these referral processes. • Created new business opportunities for working Links in order to help the company in the drive to diversify the business into and increase the share of non DWP contracts. • The success of the Brent Ex Offender contract was used as a template to bid for and win the Tower Ex offender contract. (Kormo Shadin)• Actively involved with the bid through my London Probation contacts that led to winning the current London Probation contract. I set up the 1st SLA between Working links and London Probation. • Organised with the Brent council to set up the rent deposit guarantee scheme for clients released into Brent.• Made attendance to appointments by clients mandatory through the probation service and failure to attend may lead to client been breached. Maintained an 85% sustained job rate on the programme.
