I have been a Realtor since 1992. I am a mentor in my office,teaching new and experienced agents. I have been certified as a New York State Real Estate Instructor. I have several Realtor designations, such as, Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). A large part of my business is from foreclosure properties, also known as Real Estate Owned (REO) properties. My market is Broome, Tioga, Chenango and Delaware County areas. I list and SELL properties such as expired listings and For Sale by Owner properties. My referrals from past clients and my personal and business contacts add to the base of my business as well. Moved to Binghamton Area in Aug. 1996 and picked up in Real Estate with Trevitt Realtors in Jan. In April of 2011, we affilated with Keller Williams Realty Southern Tier & Finger Lakes.

mentored, taught English as a second language to a student with pre-school children. Assisted in teaching to take citizenship test. Worked with pre-school children of client to help with skills for pre-school.

Kay began working with REO properties. These properties were assigned by the manager of the office, Patricia Sherman. My job was to list and market the properties assigned. Kay also worked with expired listings and was successful in building a referral business through the sellers and buyers she worked with.
