Greetings! I am currently the Director of Supply Chain Integrated Systems and Data Solutions at Mayo Clinic. I’m a Supply Chain professional with progressive and leadership experience in procure to pay (purchasing and accounts payable), project management, quality improvements, data quality and integrity, shared services design and implementations, as well as leading multiple system implementations and major upgrades. I provide leadership and business expertise in the areas of healthcare supply chain operational system support, including Infor/Lawson applications, OCR processes, EDI, data management and data standards including GTIN, GLN and UDI adoption, automation, system optimization efforts, and effective organizational structures design.Most recently, I’m involved in strategic development of a supply chain digital environment, including robotic process automation, dynamic analytics, API design, product information management solutions, and creation of an innovative work environment in supply chain at Mayo Clinic. I serve on the GS1 US Healthcare Executive Leadership Committee, and represent Mayo Clinic as a founding member of the Healthcare Transformation Group. I've presented at multiple professional supply chain conferences and meetings including GS1 Connect, GHX Summit, HTG Summit, INFORUM, Paystream Summit, at a GS1 Canada Carenet Healthcare Sector Board Mtg, and to the Gartner Healthcare Special Interest Group. My professional education includes a Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Project Management from Capella University, a B.A. from Winona State University, and a certification as a Certified Purchasing Manager with ISM.
