  Business Outcome: • Heading Docusign’s one of the largest investments i.e. Docusign’s App Marketplace formally known as App Center to create product stickiness and drive the growth adoption of new plans and also influencing the customers in existing plans to migrate to new plans.• Leading the team of engineers, designers, marketing, legal, business development, program management, customer success and field enablement teams.• Developing business plans, GTM strategy and partner incentives to activate partners to build Apps for our marketplace• Developing worldwide trust on Docusign marketplace with app review process & developing plans for app certifications to create additional trust with worldwide customers• Spearheading strategy to turn our marketplace into a distribution channel of all types of assets including our Apps plus workflow templates, existing embed integrations and many more to drive the discovery for our customers and enable reach for our partners.• Developing globalization plans to deploy the marketplace and all its dependencies across all regions and localizing to languages for our customers in the region• Enabling our enterprise customer and their IT admins with granular permission controls and ability to build and distribute private Apps.• Building the strategy to cater to the needs of customers, technical developers and non-technical business persona in the partner organizations.Infrastructure outcomes include:App model to store and maintain the app data that 3rd party developers create. Logging infrastructure to provide insights and analytics for customers and partners. Code hosting infra to accept 3rd part code for continuous listing assurance of an App.
