I am a 4th-year Neuroscience student at UCLA dedicated to pursuing a career as a pediatric neurologist, driven by my passion for medicine, community service, and music.As an advocate for seniors with neurodegenerative diseases, I serve as an Administrative Assistant for Music Mends Minds, a global nonprofit that empowers individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, and Parkinson's through musical support groups. Motivated to expand this mission, I co-founded and currently serve as Co-President of the Music Mends Minds Student Organization at UCLA. My academic and professional journey also includes research in Dr. Xia Yang's Integrative Multiomics and Systems Biology Lab, participation in the CHOC Mi4 Summer Internship Program, and leadership roles within UCLA's neuroscience organizations. Additionally, I volunteer at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in both the Child Life and Patient Transport departments.With a deep-rooted passion for music, I continue to nurture this love as a National Anthem singer for UCLA Athletics and choreographer for Resonance A Cappella. Furthering my commitment to the community, I created a social impact project during my 2 years of service as Miss Anaheim’s Outstanding Teen, collecting, repairing, and donating instruments to underserved school music programs.
