About Kayla Bartlett

Registered Early Childhood Educator with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Studies. Experience as a Coordinator supervising multiple before and after school programs, program level Educator (infant and school age groups), and a supply Educator.I am currently a committee member for a local advocacy group focused on showcasing the Early Years in my community. I have, and am still, participating in the "Heartwork and So Much More" initiative between multiple municipalities throughout Ontario in hopes to inspire other early years professionals in their practice. I am focused on utilizing my skills and role as a leader in the community to support others on their journey to recognizing their potential and embracing their role as a leader in the early years sector.
