Responsible for planning and implementing routines & standardized information management activities necessary to coordinate, develop and implement programs for the administration of the criminal justice, school resource officer (SRO) and juvenile justice programs for the Office of Highway Safety and Justice Programs. Provides administrative support to criminal justice, SRO and juvenile justice program staff as requested/needed. Provides general administrative support to managers, completes all documents/materials related to the solicitation, award, and training workshop phases for all assigned programs.Prepares materials for meetings and meeting minutes.Prepares and assists with travel documents and arrangementsAnswers phones and routes calls to the correct department. Prepares requisition forms and completes shopping cart orders in SCEIS for office supplies; maintains inventory for office supplies and verifies accuracy of deliveries.

Answered a high volume of phone calls, enrolled members into various specialty products, answered policy specific questionsAssisted with coverage cancellations for Indemnity and Minimum Essential Care (MEC) plans, and prepared documents to be mailed and/or faxed. Duties required working with several different computer systems simultaneously.
