Responsible for 21 students, helping them finish homework, teaching them personal rights and responsibilities. Set up daily learning activities for them as well as game time activities. I must maintain a headcount of all the students when transitioning to different locations. In charge of their safety and well-being and making sure that the proper adult picks them up.

Responsible as a peer mentor for 25 incoming freshman who are apart of Freshman Programs and taking University 100. I am there to help with their transition into college. I hold one-on-one meetings with each student to get to know them better and assist them personally, academically, and socially. Establish goals that they set and discuss ways to be successful and accomplish those goals.

Responsible for coaching up to 10 kids, teaching them skills needed, while making sure they are safe during practice. Responsible for Checking-in kids, answer parents questions, take payments, and keep areas clean.- Advanced kids to higher levels- Resolved conflicts among kids that were having difficulty relating to one another.
