I grew up in Restaurants, with a parent in the front of the house and one in the back. I began my restaurant adventure in the dish pit as soon as I was old enough. From there I've worked in nearly every position of a restaurant, on the line, at the host desk, to my current role as a Restaurant Management. I firmly believe that attention to detail and a positive attitude can help you reach any height you aspire to!This also translates outside of the restaurant as I have many administrative skills, from interviewing & hiring, creating training programs, inventory tracking to menu design and staff development. Regardless of whether I am serving food or behind a desk, the guest experience is always on the forefront of my mind.
