Engineering Graphics (winter 2021, winter 2022) - This first-year engineering course teaches students basic technical drawing skills. I co-lead weekly lab sessions and marked lab submissions as well as midterms.Kinematics and Dynamics (fall 2022, winter/fall 2023, winter 2024) - This core undergraduate mechanical engineering course focuses on the principles of motion, forces, and energy in mechanical systems. Along with a team of other teaching assistants, we circulated in active learning sessions held twice a week to answer questions about mathematical concepts and MATLAB coding. I also aided in marking assignments, midterms and final exams.

I advised 4-5 first-year engineering groups (4-6 members per team) each semester in planning, executing, and monitoring the workflow of their assigned projects. Other responsibilities included marking, organizing meetings, answering questions during weekly meetings, and generally supporting the students.

This was a recurring position during my summers off from high school (June - August) and throughout my undergraduate degree (May - August). RCI manufactures museum exhibits and models with a focus on dinosaurs and other prehistoric organisms. My work as a full-time repeat summer student worker involved fossil preparation and preservation, exhibit assembly, painting, machining, sculpting, and computer organization for clients such as the Smithsonian.

I supported the smooth operation of the kitchen with a variety of tasks including food prep, packing takeout orders, serving, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
