Current- Able to maintain order and a positive learning environment- Proficient in quickly grasping and implementing lesson plans left by the regular educator. In the absence of such plans, adept at swiftly adapting and crafting a lesson that caters to the student's needs. - Responsible for class sizes of up to 36 students at a time from elementary to high school ages- I have advanced competency in multiple subjects and general competency in all others, ensuring a comprehensive and well-rounded educational experience for my students.- Know digital tools used in the educational setting, including iPads, Chromebooks, and Smart Boards- Able to manage time effectively while adapting to different expectations of multiple schools, showcasing my strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.- Worked with students of varying exceptionalities as an Exceptional Student Educator- Able to gain and keep the attention of students and build a positive reputation and relationship with students and staff across six schools in the Polk County School District
