As the Senior Marketing Manager, I led the marketing team and drove business growth by developing strategic products and campaigns. With a primary focus on acquisition-based and integrated campaigns, I drove down acquisition costs by introducing and optimizing digital marketing strategies. By collaborating with marketing partners (direct reports, ad agency, PR agency, and freelancers) and cross-functional departments, we successfully launched 4-8 products with supporting campaigns and 3 new marketing programs annually. With a strong interest in digital experiences and technology, I lead the communication plan and marketing for two online and mobile banking conversions which resulted in minimal customer impact. I also supported the growth of the online account opening platform, exceeding the growth goal by over 50%.

Working in a student team of three, I researched the market expectations and consumer response for a beta app built for LEGO Club Magazine. The project included conducting focus groups, literary research, and telephone interviews. The research and final recommendations were presented to the Senior Brand Manager and team.

I generated awareness and trial for RMC's client, Microsoft, by setting up highly branded pop-up demonstrations of the new Windows 7 in high-traffic areas on the University of Massachusetts Amherst campus. I captured survey feedback on the user experience from hundreds of students and reported findings back to RMC managers.

At RMC's main office, I attended to needs of the agency team and clients. Supporting the Microsoft UCrew project, I distributed job descriptions across hundreds of college job boards and assisted with the onboarding process for 500 new hires. In addition, I supported the fast-paced office by managing administrative tasks.
