· Manage companywide HDD shortages at global level over three regions· Responsible for reporting revenue impacting shortages to VP level· Team lead for project transition to support multi-vendor SKUs across all HDDs and SSDs · Achieve cost savings working with multiple vendors to source material· Executes to meet long term agreements set with suppliers to maintain relationships· Collaborate with planning and sourcing to fulfill regional demand and to meet customer needs· Project lead contact for transitioning from outsourcing kitting facility to Foxconn facility· Communicate with suppliers to understand business priorities, material shortages, market share analysis, and current industry trends· Coordinate hand in hand with strategic sourcing for supplier scorecards and rebates

· Responsible for procuring $436M of HDD and SSDs on an annual basis· Manage five sites within America’s region to ensure all sites are materially supported and correct levels of inventory are maintained· Daily engagement with Planning, Procurement and Order Management teams in the US, Mexico, Europe and Asia on regional demand fulfillment strategies· Coordinate closely with external kitting facility to ensure raw drives are assembled into correct drive configuration and regionally allocated to correct site· Implement new business processes and best practices to optimize supply chain strategy· Regional Procurement lead to transition sites to in-line kitting which yields a reduction in material wait time and to help mitigate forecast adjustments· Act as control tower over Inventec and Foxconn after manufacturing location change· Engage directly with suppliers for urgent material escalations and big deal readiness

· Plan production and material requirements using ERPLN system· Plan finished goods and component inventory levels· Manage production schedules according to manpower needed for assembly and machining· Analyze forecast provided by sales and historical sales data to ensure optimum inventory levels are achieved, safety stock regulated and ensure suppliers are aware of urgency or non-urgency of material· Work closely with internal teams to ensure quality and engineering requirements are met · Research part shortage and inventory adjustments for constant improvement · Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly with all departments to provide seamless quality customer service· Assist manufacturing to find alternative solutions if any capacity or material constraints arise

· Purchase a large volume of inventory for manufacture of various components in computers and network storage systems· Analyze various SharePoint statuses within the company to make time sensitive decisions about· materials needed to support the high demand of production· Communicate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries of sensitive orders to· be filled· Ensure parts are ordered and available to meet the high demand of manufacturing forecasts within the· specified lead time· Coordinate closely with an external hub to ensure deliveries are found and received into stock in a· timely manner· Work within Intel’s internal system to purchase processors and manage all orders for the high dollar commodity
