I was given the opportunity to work under the Human Resources Department for the Riverence Provisions and Farms. I have been upholding an HR Generalist Role, and I am working alongside the various Farm Managers to handle any and all recruiting, onboarding, termination, hire, FMLA or Work Comp paperwork. I have been given this opportunity to be the main form of contact between the Riverence Provisions Farms, and Riverence Farms as their HR Representative. I have also been the point of contact for all interns that will be working on and for the farms for this summer. It has been a very eye opening experience and great hands on into what the world of HR is like.

I lead my team to recruit for the College of Business and Economics. We send out weekly texts to incoming students so they are able to learn more about the UI.
