• Comply with Federal Performance Standards• Assist in developing 8-week cycle menus• Review child nutrition assessments• Provide consultation/education with staff and parents as needed

• Develop, implement, and/or ensure compliance with local and state policies and procedures • Assign WIC tasks to WIC staff and evaluate performance staff• Develop a yearly nutritional program plan containing guidelines and standards for providing nutrition education to WIC clients. Monitors progress of such a plan.• Ensure that health, diet, and breastfeeding assessments are completed according to WIC regulations to determine eligibility for WIC.• Maintain adequate nutrition records for WIC clients and for service activities
