I have been with the same company for 10 years. I started as an Occupational Therapist and moved into a clinical specialist role within 2 years, then was again promoted into a site rehab manager position, again 2 years after this became the rehab manager of 2 sites, then eventually progressed to the Director of SNF Operations for all 4 of our locations. I am also familiar with HH processes and how to develop a strong continuum of care.
