Billing Specialist

-Receives and records oral information from phone callers or in person, and then communicates it to attorneys and staff and operates a multi-line telephone console in order to relay incoming, outgoing and intra-system calls.-Directs phone calls to appropriate attorneys and staff.-Meets and greets clients and visitors of the law office and ensures proper clearance and routing of such parties in accordance with firm policies; notifies supervisor of difficult situations.-Receives deliveries to the firm and/or individuals in the firm and routes them accordingly to the proper recipient.-Schedules and maintains records for utilization of conference rooms.-Clerical support as assigned by supervisor. Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.-Receives and distributes faxes to correct recipient through Ecopy Fax.-Employee must perform all duties with minimal supervision.

-Distribution of ingoing and outgoing mail, FedEx, Ups Packages.-Any errands, runs, hand deliveries need by attorneys and staff.-Postage and expenses for any items and packages going out of office. -Preparing conference rooms for mediations, conferences, and depositions.-Creating, closing, and filing of cases, as well as additional requests from paralegals.

-Introduce customers ages 21+ to new brands produced in the market. -On and Off Premise events throughout South Carolina. -Familiarity and information on brands compared to one another, taste preferences, and what makes the Diageo products special.

-Training children ages 3-18 in various styles of dance, movement, and rhythmic variations. -Breaking down the fundamentals of movements, connection to mind and body, and creative movement.
