I am a trainer for partners who have made it into the management program. Customer service. Exemplifying integrity to company policy. Order vitamins, sports nutrition, energy bars, bulk foods. Plan displays to grow sales and items that have high gross profit. Minimize shrink. Make sure the department is 100% in stock with product. Do product rotations. I train new partners or cross train partners who want to learn the department. I work with multiple departments to cross merchandise products throughout the store. I hire partners when needed. Hold partners accountable. Handle disciplinary issues with in the department. Promote selling events we have going on. Stragagize to make a good plan then execute the plan to hit the sales goal for the selling events. I have grown the department by $60,000 in the last 7 years i have been at the store. When i first arrived the top sales were at $30,000 now our number one record is $98,998. Make sure the team and I are up to date with state food safety courses. Make sure the team and I are up to date on all training. Attend weekly meetings. Attend period zoom with the regional manager. I would also go help set up new stores opening up in the DFW area.
