Responsibilities:• Stock shelves• Receive 2-3 trucks a week at 900+ cases• Fill guest orders placed online for pick up in store and ship to residence• Ensure safe working conditions for associates at all times• Train new team members on unloading process and daily routine• Utilizing computer applications to update receipt of manifests, completed orders, scheduling pick ups and deliveries• Daily housekeeping functions• Develop hiring strategy to ensure staffing levels are maintained and to minimize hourly turnover• Source, screen and interview applicants using competency based guidelines and through the group interview process• Regularly schedule external recruiting in various selling oriented organizations to attract top talent• Ensure compliance with all government regulations and paperwork (DOL)• Lead training and development of all team members to ensure compliance to the company’s service/product knowledge and selling skills training standardsAccomplishments:• 5 new team members have been thoroughly trained in Back of House process/functions• Storage bay audits are at 98% (green) for the year• Fill guest order rate is above 90%
