Supporting ICUBE's mission to enhance entrepreneurial thinking, I develop programming to empower students, alumni, and change-makers within the Peel region to launch and scale their business ideas. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, I connect clients to resources, mentors, and training to encourage out-of-the-box thinking that can be utilized both in entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial contexts.

Working with UTM faculty, I offer support by helping establish partnerships between UTM and the broader community. I assist in creating internship and service learning opportunities for students. Conducted clinical interviews and administered psychological assessments to individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents, on short-term or long-term disability, or claiming non-earner benefits. Further consulted with registered psychologists on a regular basis as part of supervision process to evaluate a variety of treatment plans, medical files, and work-related claims. Additionally, provided short-term counselling to clients in need of mental health support.
