As a HCA (Home Care Assistant) I am in charge of insuring residents have the best possible care. I help them with their everyday needs such as going to the bathroom, getting dress, taking showers, grooming them, cleaning their apartment, doing their laundry, keeping them company, etc.

In this job I attend the needs to every residents. Somethings that I do is get the residents ready for the day as well as get them ready for bed, bath them, do activities with them, clean their rooms, laundry, pass medication, and so much more. I show a lot of charisma when doing my job. I show strength both physical and mentally in my job. I have to be very time-management in order to have a successful day.

Northway Academy is an outpatient mental health facility for kids that suffer from autism. I work at a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). In this job I was the cashier and made food in the kitchen for when customers came into the gas station. When working as a cashier I learned valuable skills such as how to handle money.
