I support research programs and services for Yale faculty, students, and staff, focused on expanding the library's efforts in generative AI, machine learning, and other computational research methods in digital humanities, geospatial solutions, and statistics. To ensure our services align with the evolving data needs of researchers, I lead the development of outreach programs, design assessment frameworks, and identify growth opportunities through focus groups and user interviews.I supervise and manage a team of consultants who provide technical and project support in digital humanities. I also plan and organize events, workshops, and talks to promote creative use of AI and responsible data practices, working with both internal and external partners.

At Yale University Library, I built partnerships with institutes and archives to create innovative, user-friendly digital research tools that made data more accessible, told its untold stories, and highlighted its hidden biases.I launched and managed a digital humanities consultant training program, hiring and mentoring emerging experts. I also led focus groups and interviews to shape the Digital Humanities Lab's research impact strategy.As PI, I managed a major international project funded by NEH/AHRC, collaborating with Oxford, the University of Edinburgh, and the Ashmolean Museum. This project brought together humanities research, text mining, and machine learning to create a data pipeline that linked museum metadata in novel ways.In addition, I organized public events and workshops on topics like data feminism, responsible AI, open data, and data visualization, building community and sharing best practices around data use and ethics.
