Participate at local stores, to showcase what Charleston Coffee Roasters has to offer by interacting with clients and coffee lovers for brand awareness. -Learn product knowledge to promote the brand to potential clients, including sourcing practices, roast profiles, and unique flavor offerings to effectively communicate those to customers-Build relationships with potential and current customers; answer questions; and represent the brand and values, including sustainability and quality. Receive feedback from customers as well. -Properly record all brand activity expenses, complete and submit expense reports in a timely manner to support budgeting and financial tracking for the company. -Travel to various store locations to interact with customers, conduct tastings, and drive a strong brand presence throughout the region.

-Apply product knowledge and assist patient’s through education that adhere to their personal needs -Outreach at doctors office’s to promote the business and bring in new patients -Building new professional relationships with patients -Greet patients at the door & maintain a positive attitude -Handling cash/debit/electronic transactions through POS system -Perform routine inventory counts of all products -Label and package customer orders

-Open/close the store and registers -Manage and post on social media -Maintain a proficient and friendly work environment in high paced/stressful times -Friendly interaction with customers in person and over the phone -Organized and processed back-stock and sanitized store daily -Assign daily tasks to employees
