I work one on one with children with autism. I am responsible for case managing one student by graphing their daily data and making their program materials. I work with parents to teach them skills for helping their student in the home. I attend regular team meetings. I also write progress notes. I assist program directors where I can and have been able to assist in the IEP writing process due to my educational experience in this area. Finally, I serve as a mentor for new hires. I assist them in learning how to work with students and how to case manage.
