- In collaboration with customers, led use case ideation, development, and deployment of machine learning models to in support of priority public health initiatives in West Virginia—including those related to substance use disorders, severe mental illness, blood-borne disease, and child welfare. - Led the development of an Individual Risk Calculator that provides COVID testing recommendations. - Drove improvements to remove bad ads and accounts at scale, with continued focus on malicious scam workstreams.- Furthered team goals by identifying and enabling opportunities for cross-functional collaboration—aligning teammate strengths to high-impact projects that drove business outcomes.

- Led a strategic Ad Product effort to launch machine learning models, human review, and internal tooling to detect and enforce on malicious scam ads and advertisers at a scale of tens of thousands of ads and accounts per day.

- Directed counterterrorism intelligence analysis tailored to threats in the Near East, Southeast Asia, North Africa, and East Africa in support of special operations battalions. Led organizations ranging in size from 3 to over 150 Marines.- While deployed to Iraq in support of counter-ISIS missions, led a detachment of over 20 intelligence service members and civilians. Coordinated operations supporting multiple special operations task forces from multiple coalition nations.- Led a cross-functional team in the planning, product development, and implementation of strategic military cyber tooling and operations.- While deployed to the southern Philippines and Bangladesh, led a team responsible for providing intelligence and protective support to Marine forces, as well as liaison to the U.S. Embassy.- Published over 320 intelligence products that informed decision-making at every level of government.
