About Kayla Bench
My name is Kayla, thanks for stopping by! I'm a people person and adventurer at heart. I grew up in Austin, Texas (Go Longhorns!) where I focused on hospitality, research, and harp performance. Studying at BYU, I found a passion for psychology and understanding, caring for, and uplifting others- particularly while working with youth and those with disabilities. I had the amazing opportunity of being a youth leader in both fun and complex job opportunities, and participated in latino youth health research for my Capstone.My passion to connect with others led me to working in sales, where I quickly grew to love the fast-paced environment, the adventure of meeting new individuals constantly, and undercovering and meeting their needs. After quickly moving to the top of the leaderboards in door-to-door solar sales, I moved to inside sales where I learned how to manage accounts and communicate with others via all methods of contact. Soon after I became Zynex Medical's territory manager for the southern half of Utah, and had the incredible experience of working with both medical professionals and consumers to promote their cutting-edge devices. I find it exciting to collaborate with others to make a difference! :)I enjoy an active lifestyle and in my free time you can most likely find me with friends or outside mountain biking, hiking, taking photos, snowboarding, or rockclimbing. I love to travel and work with humanitarian groups such as OBONTU to make a change in the world while learning all we can from others in incredible and beautiful countries. My most recent adventure included becoming a guide at Wyoming's top luxury resort, Brush Creek Ranch.
