After my internship in the Education department and staffing a special VR experience in the spring, I accepted a position at the Museum's front desk. The Rubin is a unique institution in a busy city and I am responsible for being the calming, welcoming presence that makes the visitor feel special the moment they walk in, as well as selling memberships, assisting with daily art and gallery maintenance tasks, handling audio guides, and managing attendance of our free and ticketed programs.
