On a daily basis I manage several tasks- greeting members, establishing connections, selling memberships and Curves products, as well as coaching, the most important role of all. By paying attention to form while the women work out, I ensure they are exercising safely, and in a manner than will benefit them the most. Encouraging them along the way is a key part as well, as everyone needs a little motivation sometimes to stay on track towards reaching their goals and living a healthy life.
