Intake Specialist
Current-Currently serving as an Intake Specialist, providing comprehensive support to clients through the intake process, while in the process of being promoted to Ticket to Work Representative.-Conducting client assessments, reviewing eligibility, and facilitating referrals to community resources.-Receiving specialized (CWIC) training to assist clients with disabilities through the Ticket to Work program, helping them secure meaningful employment and manage benefits.-Trained newly hired staff members on proper procedures for conducting intakes and reaching out to leads across the U.S.-Reviewed and edited documents prior to submission ensuring accuracy and compliance with Social Security's standards.-Provided support and guidance to clients throughout the intake process, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs.-Assisted in developing innovative strategies for improving the efficiency of the intake process.
