I am a waitress in a retirement home. I have to resolve complaints, handle money, and look out for the safety of the residents. I have been moved around to many other positions and also train new employees. I also need to clean the dining room and wait stations. I often go in early on the weekends to help set up the dining room and do prep work in the kitchen. Working at Linden Ponds helped me to demonstrate my work ethic and leadership skills.
