• Responsible for supporting a team of recruiters throughout the sourcing, recruiting, and hiring phases • Work closely with candidates, recruiters, business partners and other human resources professionals in support of the business hiring needs and goals • Greet all visitors immediately and professionally and build rapport• Set up paperwork, explain and review employment applications • Primary to answer phones in a professional and courteous manner• Set up testing and online applications for applicants • Filing both hard copy and electronic paperwork • Candidate sourcing utilizing various recruiting platforms (Boolean search)• Recruit potential candidates for positions and perform phone screens and new hire orientations• Data entry of candidate information prior to interview with a recruiter • Provide ongoing verbal and written communication to candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and clients• Schedule and coordinate phone interviews, onsite interviews, and provided candidate feedback• Responsible for the on-boarding process of candidates including new-hire paperwork, setting up payroll, drug and background testing• Enter all positions in the applicant tracking system as well as posting jobs on outside job boards• Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity• Escalate and resolve payroll issues with clients, employees, and customer service department• Assist with payroll including the input of hours and completion of W-4 and I-9 Forms• Review human resources paperwork for accuracy and completeness by verifying, collecting and correcting additional data• Maintaining confidentiality of documents• Responsible for monthly expense reports and miscellaneous administrative duties
