Assigned to the Outage Services division of Framatome, Inc. Duties have included Alliance Director, Outage Manager, and most recently Implementation Manager for the complete replacement/testing of the Brunswick Refueling Platforms. Previously assigned to the Reactor Services division of AREVA, Inc., supporting Pump and Motor Service Center in the refurbishment of RCP pump internals and motors and Chemistry Application Services in the performance of chemical decontamination and SGCC. Recently have been the Outage Lead at Surry and DMT Task Lead at Millstone. Prior to that was resident for two years at Robinson supporting RFO 28 and subsequent forced outage primarily for the SG Project. Four years in the Erlangen, Germany office as Project Engineer for the Decommissioning Decontamination of Chooz A. Primary in the planning, procedure and report preparation, and implementation of the EDF fleet SGCCs, including Cruas, Chinon, St. Alban, Paluel and Cattenom and the FOAK MSR chemical cleaning at Cernovoda 1 in Romania. Responsible for various aspects related to chemical cleaning systems for steam generators, including equipment specification, design, and engineering; equipment fabrication; procedure development; operational testing; system deployment; and, system operations on site. US assignments regularly include site deployments for utility staff augmentation such as over two years at Davis Besse in System Engineering, site service outage work for chemical cleanings, and decons as well as sludge lancing and SSI / FOSAR activities.

Responsible for preparation and implementation of procedures for performance of chemical decontaminations and steam generator chemical cleanings in nuclear power facilities. Specific assignments included the first domestic Full System Decon, performed on ConEd's Indian Point 2 plant, the permanently installed chemical cleaning facility at Ontario Hydro's Bruce station, and various other sub-system decons at Brunswick, Pilgrim, Hatch and Sweden's Ringhals station. Also was involved in the preliminary design and partial construction of a mobile vitrification station. Tasks performed include the preparation of specifications, procedures and safety evaluations, as well as, procurement, construction and testing of decon equipment. Of special note was responsible for the construction, assembly and testing of the FSD equipment prior to shipment to and upon arrival at Indian Point 2.
