• Educating/coaching project teams on PTA requirements, process, and procedure for accessing rail corridor; focused on minimising impact to the Transperth & TransWA customer, and external operators.
• Coordinating same-line projects to share service disruption windows (again, to minimise impact to the customer/operator). This means, undertaking detailed worksite planning with respective projects to ensure adherence.
• Acting as the Applicant (on project’s behalf) when submitting track access applications into the PTA Works Program via ETAS (Electronic Track Access System).Current projects in delivery that I am working as part of.

Reporting to the Manager Rail Infrastructure Access, I reviewed and approved applications from maintenance, project, and third party groups for access into the PTA rail corridor. This team governs the overall Works Program in ‘ETAS’ (PTA’s Electronic Track Access System), ensuring no conflict between work parties, and works/operations.

I processed work orders in Ellipse, created work packs for maintenance teams, and planned track access for those groups to undertake their work. I helped with adding new assets to the Asset Register and setting up their servicing types and frequencies as per standard.

I was in the team responsible for the administration of the Rail Industry Worker portal for PTA, and assisted in the day-to-day operations of the busy training department.

I volunteer as Retail Assistant every second Saturday. I fill new stock (donations), clear fitting room returns, and assist the staff in the sorting room. I keep the store tidy and help customers.
